Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, promotional videos, and product photography.
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.
Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
Proficiency in using graphic design tools and software is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO principles and website analytics tools is an advantage.
Passion for the jewelry industry and a strong understanding of current market trends.

As a Sales Executive/Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. You will assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets, providing exceptional customer service to our client base, and promoting our jewelry products locally and overseas to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
Develop B2B sales strategies, ensure sales targets are met and achieved.
Work on sales analysis, reports, product forecast and optimize sales potential by working closely with inter-departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client leads.
Prepare sales reports, track sales activities, and update customer records in the CRM system.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
Assist in coordinating and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events.
Collaborate with product development team to develop new product styles and collections.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics/shipping, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in B2B fine jewelry sales, experience USA markets.
Experience in business development with jewelry wholesalers and retailers.
Good command in spoken and written English, knowledge of other European language is a definite advantage (such as Spanish, Italian and French).
Responsible, Independent, self-initiative, good team player and attention to details.
Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills is required.
Willing to adapt changes and communicative.
Frequent overseas travel is required.
Ability to drive and International driving license preferred.
Those with less or no experience in jewelry sales will be considered as Sales Assistant.
