Bringing your Ideas to Life:

From Design and Modelling

This is the heart of the Harmony Jewelry making process. Our in-house designers sketch designs according to their inspirations and expertise to satisfy your luxurious desires. After the designing process, the 3D printed model is made using CAD (computer aided designing).

Wax Molds and Casting

Lost-wax method Treeing

Next, the 3D jewelry CAD data is 3D wax printed into jewelry form. Then each individual jewelry wax is attached onto a wax tree for ‘lost-wax’ casting. At each stage, quality control ensures the standard of gold cast, and the pre-polish structural finish of the jewelry. At this stage, each piece of jewelry starts to come to life, awaiting polishing and setting.

Stone Sieving, Selection, and Setting

Our team of in-house selectors meticulously sieves, measures, and ensures the appropriate class of diamonds and color-stones are to be incorporated into your jewelry as per your specifications. Once the selection is made, it is passed on to our stone-setters who delicately place the stones into the piece using microscopic tools and magnification, ensuring utmost precision and flawless craftsmanship.
